When owning my designs/art under any circunstances, these rules automaticaly apply; the Terms of Service are subject to changes without prior notice, yet are meant to be flexible and mostly align with common sense. Some rules may be overlooked as I see fit in a case by case scenario. The Terms are open for discussion, but my word is the final say.

Don't trace, steal, copy or heavy reference any of my artworks or characters, nor claim them as your own.

My art and characters are for personal use only. Anything regarding this has to be discussed with me directly.

If in a commission's sketch process the client asks for excessive changes that weren't discussed prior payment upfront, I may ask for an extra fee. Asking for edits on the sketch too often, no matter the nature of the edits with the exception of errors, will result in a refund.

Generally, I do refunds if I can't complete your commission due to external events, if the client cancels or if these Terms of Service aren't respected. I do partial refunds if I'm already working past the sketch.

Clear references are preferred, but I can work with low quality reference images or even do little edits to accomodate the desired result.

Backgrounds, generally, are edits on pictures under CC0 license, from sites like Pixabay, Unsplash or Flickr.

You may ask for minor fixes such as missing markings after your commission is done. I won't do major fixes, such as changing poses.

I can work with deadlines, just state when you need your commission done and that can be discussed.

You may submit my art on social media, as long as you credit me and you're the owner of the character in question. Credit is not mandatory but appreciated when using my art for profile pictures, banners, etc.

My designs can be renamed and redesigned with no restrictions. You're free to keep or edit their given information.

I don't accept refunds on designs, but you may resell the character for the amount you paid for it if it has no extra art.

You may gift, sell or trade my designs, with the condition of no trading or selling for more than it's total value. Reselling for more than the actual value is heavily discouraged, tho I won't go after you if you do so, but I will consider this in case of future business. Most of my recent designs have their initial value stated in their Toyhou.se profile ownership log, or you can ask directly to me what was the original value if that information is missing.

In case of characters that weren't bought in a proper way, such as chargeback, the design's rights and ownership are not legitimate, therefore their ownership goes back to me.

Co-owning designs is allowed, even a character with multiple profiles on Toyhou.se, however, I won't credit myself as the creator on the new profiles. This is done to avoid multiple legitimate profiles in case the character ends up for sale/trade.

Do not delete my characters from Toyhou.se. You're free to hide them, but I will know if they have been deleted from the site. If I know you have been deleting one or more designs from the site I can stop doing business with you; alternatively if you own a design that didn't originally had a Toyhou.se profile, or you're the new owner of a design which it's profile has been deleted, you may provide proof of purchase/trade/gift to me in order to give official design credits on the site.

Breaking these terms, not answering on time several times, and having a public record of poor behaviour will result in either getting on my personal Greylist or Blacklist.

Anyone on the Greylist can still do business with me and even be forgiven due to good behaviour, but I will be wary.

However, anyone on the Blacklist is banned forever due to repetitive problems or serious issues, such as scammers and thieves.

A brand new character design made from scratch, completely randomized. You might get any species from canines or felines to fantasy animals like dragons or hybrids, and even any aesthetic and themes. Has a flat price of 160 USD.

You may 'reroll' once for free if you're not satisfied with the first character you get.

For both "rolls", you may suggest the kind of design you would like with 3 to 5 words (ex. 'black demon dog'). Or you may also choose to completely leave it up to me for the full mystery custom experience.

The rejected design will be put on sale as a regular adoptable auction, and you're welcome to participate in said auction even if you are the one who rerolled for a new custom design.

The design you get will be a flatcolored fullbody of a feral animal, fully rendered and with an added bio.

This commission type is very inspiring and fun for me, so you can be at ease if you don't connect with the design(s) I draw for you, it won't be a problem nor you will be a bother, quite the contrary! You will be refunded if needed.

If you end up with a character you don't connect with, there's and active community looking to trade, sell and purchase my designs on Toyhou.se and Instagram particularly. You can sell and trade your new custom design right away, within my Terms of Service rules.

You may redesign the custom character you get or ask me for small changes. There's no limits on the redesign changes.

Turnaround tends to be from a day up to week in normal circunstances.
